No pictures, no resume, no microphones, no food no Barbara at the September literary salon… still, it did take place, thanks to Jenny Grainer and I am sorry to have missed it as well as the authors Janice Russell and Lisa Selfridge.
The October literary salon was back to normal, i.e. the quality instead of quantity audience listened to Barbara Fellgiebel’s fresh impressions from the 5th Women’s fiction Festival in Matera Sassi, a spellbinding Unesco world heritage site in the south of Italy,
which impressed her so much, that she is determined to set up lit.algarve – an international book festival in the Algarve. Helpers, sponsors are needed and requested! Ring 917 602 607.

And Keith Beasley fascinated the audience by presenting his very varied writing which ended in a lively philosophical discussion.
